Cons
Pay is not always competitive when you are first hired on (there are great benefits and opportunities provided that make it less of a negative). Depending on your supervisor or office, your experience may vary. I have had a great experience with my salary being increased and comparable to what it should be while i have worked here. It did not all happen at once and it took some advocating from my supervisor, but the process appears to be improving and the increases more accepted as they realize they need to be more competitive.
