Pros

Everyone who works at Meade is incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a ton of autonomy and you can make an impact even in your first week. The company is growing incredibly fast and continues to add incredible talent. Nobody asked me to write this review. I’m just very excited at what I’ve seen so far and where this company is headed.

Cons

Onboarding is at your own pace. You can jump in right away which may be scary for some

Insurance premiums paid, no other pros

Cons

Complete lack of leadership. CEOs shouldn’t be sending emails threatening employees, warning that the firm is at risk for bankruptcy

Pros

None. They have no formal training in their own structure system, no means or methods to make the team successful. Management is toxic. HR doesn’t have a clue.

Cons

Plenty of Cons. No back up documentation for work being requested. This place is trying to scale up in size & doing it in a terrible manner. They are hiring & firing multiple people within 30 days of work but can’t even offer real training upon being hired.
