Pros

Working at a small branch is nice. I am able to get to interact with all customers regularly as they all come in at least 2x a week.

Cons

Everyone (customers and employees) knows eachoither and when I help someone I dont know personally or have not helped before and I ask for ID they get a little upset because "everyone here knows them"

Pros

Overall, this is a good place to work, with a generally positive environment and supportive colleagues. Most employees are pleasant to collaborate with, making day-to-day work enjoyable.

Cons

The biggest challenge is dealing with the private banker team. They tend to push their way through situations, often acting as if they can get whatever they want because of their direct connection to the CEO. This behavior can create a toxic dynamic, as their team seems to prioritize their own interests over helping others. Although I haven’t personally met the CEO or upper management, the rest of the staff has been great. I would recommend working here as long as your role doesn’t require much interaction with the private bankers or their team, as they often operate in a self-serving way.
