Pros

If you have good management who is connected and willing to look out for their employees, this can be a very pleasant place to work. Pay is decent as long as you are willing to ask and work for it. Also, there are yearly bonuses 99% of the time, as long as the company didn't take any major loses.

Cons

The top decision makers are out of touch with realities of the average employee. Which is easy to do if you are a wealthy white man. There is way too many people looking out for themselves in management, which results in failure to follow policy and all departments moving in opposite directions. Lots of busy work people and double standards. This makes it extremely difficult to actually make progress in any task as employees spend at least 50% of their time correcting other people's mistakes and attempting to track down information. Generally inefficient in most sectors.
