Pros

Their starting wage is very competitive with opportunities for advancement in both pay and position if that's what you're looking for. Office atmosphere is friendly and supportive. I feel like a valuable part of the team. They provide all necessary training. Bank experience is not necessary for a starting position. They offer full benefits as well as vacation and sick time. Management is very helpful but also encourages independent thinking. Consistent hours are a big positive here as well.

Cons

Policies are updated constantly. This is good but you have to be a fast learner. You will have to deal with distressed customers so being patient and professional is a must.
