Pros

The personnel here are friendly and supportive. There is room for learning and growth. Even without previous experience in banking they will teach you to perform and succeed. The benefits offered are appealing and provide a sense of care from the company .

Cons

I did have to travel to another branch for certain trainings, but it was to due to temporary short staffing issues.
