Your team will make or break your experience. If you can drink the corporate Kool-Aid, you'll fit right in.

Cons

Upper Management is in la la land and have no clue how bad the current retail state is right now. John Decero abruptly "retired" and now there is a temporary CEO. Annual bonus's and raises were a slap in the face for 2024. "We're lucky to be getting anything, some banks gave nothing this year." No work life balance as a manager here. Weekly sales calls are a complete waste of time. Everyday is survival mode, the new norm for most branches is 4 employees if you are lucky.

Nothing good about working for this bank.

Cons

This place will let you go for no reason after working for them for over 2 decades. They do not give a crap about their employees. It used to be a nice family owned bank but not no more!!
