Cons

Commercial Banking part of MB is very calm mostly, not many opportunities to grow, simply either renewals, or once in a while new underwriting opportunities arrive.

No communication, from the CEO down. mid/low level managers need coaching on how to be good leaders. Good ol’ boys club.
