Pros

My team was wonderful and highly skilled. Unfortunately it felt like they did everything in their power to gut it.

Cons

Mechanics only cares about making money for the Ford Fund. You are just a number and disposable. Processes are stuck in a small bank mentality and they got rid of the majority of people who know how to run a big bank. They aren’t worried about this though, because they don’t truly care about the long term future of the bank. They want short term profits and to sell it. The majority of Executive Management is older, white men. Everything is constantly being cut. Budgets, jobs, etc. One of the worst company culture’s I’ve ever experienced. I went from loving my job and the company I worked for, to feeling not valued at all and constantly on edge about when there would be more bad news about decisions the company made. I also felt like there was pressure to do things that were not right.
