      Pros

      If you’re good at sales you’ll fit in. You can take time off when needed.

      Cons

      The lack of training sets you up for failure. They want you to do everyone’s job but won’t properly train or compensate you for it. You are heavily micromanaged. Some branches run with 1-2 people. All they really care about is you meeting sales goals.
