      I joined the auto division of Mechanics Bank in 2017 after spending 22 years at an extremely large bank. At Mechanics I feel I am part of a family, and that I can make a difference. This is refreshing to me and I appreciate it after my time at the mega bank. The leadership team is competent and cares about our people and our business. Joining Mechanics Bank is one of the best career decisions that I've made.

      We are growing, and experiencing some of the growing pains that naturally come with maturity into a larger entity.
