      Pros

      Vacation I would say is the best pro but that would be thanks to legacy Rabobank which they grandfathered in. Insurance is good but so expensive!

      Cons

      Micro Managed!!!! Not my manager in particular but upper management above them. It's to the point where myself and co workers are job searching elsewhere.

      A lot of favoritism going on. Managers get put in their positions because of being friends with other managers instead of really having the experience. No loyalty for employees who has been there for 20+ years.
