No communication, from the CEO down. mid/low level managers need coaching on how to be good leaders. Good ol’ boys club.

None that I can think of.

Cons

Management was ridiculous. Expected employees to work 24/7 with no direction or guidance. The person I worked for had no business being a manager. He had no people skills and did not have any idea on how to manage a team. When asked questions, he would denigrate and belittle his subordinates. It was a very hostile working environment.
