Pros

Kind people. Supportive and communicative coworkers. Work from home, nice PTO policy. Flexible when you communicate with management. Learn a LOT. Potential for growth if you seek it out. The managers really care about their people. Also, better pay than a lot of similar positions. This is a position where you can really succeed, as long as you keep organized and on top of things. There is not room for slacking off, and this job keeps you on your toes. Never gets boring. Something new every day!

Great Work/Life Balance

Pros

Mechdyne has provided me with a great work life balance. Most of our positions are in office, but the leadership team provides flexibility to work from home when necessary. The culture here is great and I get to work with like-minded, driven individuals.

Cons

Mechdyne expects a lot out of our teammates. It is challenging and stressful at times.
