-Steady (low) paycheck -Offered (status quo) benefits -if you fit a certain “mold”, you’ll be fine -good to bank a year or two of resume experience, then move on

Cons

Very much a “good ol boys” club. If you don’t fit this mold (like me), you’ll be forced out the door. I was pushed out a few years back not because I was a bad employee but because a new department head was brought in and that person decided they didn’t like me - no more, no less - and that sealed my fate. Based on some of these reviews I can tell their business practices haven’t changed much since.

None. They are awful. They should be on the DOL watch list for bullying and harassment.

Cons

They promote bullying and harassment. Worst 11 weeks of my life. Unrealistic expectations. Impossible work load. They lost a 15m account after I was fired. They enjoy making their employees miserable. Keep your pizza and learn some skills.
