Every day is different when you are working in a client driven environment. Creative thinking and brainstorming power are a must. The pace is extremely fast. Great holiday party and summer picnic.

Cons

I can't think of anything negative unless you are not looking for the above mentioned pros.

Worst management.......Country head in Chennai branch with zero medical billing knowledge just asking questions without proper knowledge.....even manager tls are worst.....only two type of people can survive there, girls who can adjust and corporate with leadership team and mens who party with leadership team. Startup company with small crowd so you cannot complain anyone if you done it then you will suffer a lot....such a toxic environment because of leaders who working there.... people are just leaving the company after joining in two three days who don't even start they production just because it's toxic....
