      Pros

      I've been working at Med-Metrix for a little over a year. It's a great place to work with a casual work environment. They like to promote from within. They are very generous to the employees and throw a great holiday party along with a summer picnic.

      Cons

      Not enough sick or vacation time.

      The pay and the company events

      Cons

      No company is perfect. Med-Metrix has it's challenges which may or may not affect your time there. At it's best it can be a very open and friendly environment with people willing to help you. There are other circumstances which may provide a totally different experience. They would be specific to individual people within the organization and are not representative of the company itself. Again, this applies to just about any company. In most cases the pros of Med-Metrix well outweigh the cons.

      Pros

      Really enjoyed my team, including peers and management within the group. Teammates made work fun and were eager to help each other and work together. Management supported learning new skills and career advancement and showed appreciation.

      Cons

      Traffic getting onto 287 can be a pain.
