Business Outlook
Pros
The company has excellent benefits, and the vast majority of my coworkers were amazing to work with. Direct managers are very supportive. The company culture can be a lot of fun. They did a lot to make work a nice place to be at, with the lunch programs, coffee and drinks, walk path, etc.
Cons
While the company culture could be great, HR was not the best. Promised raises for higher level positions were slow or never came, even if both you and your management are advocating for it. In some departments, work/life balance was challenging, as they were understaffed and still expecting the same output of work. Senior management/execs seem out of touch with the rest of the company.
