Pros
Good lunch program and gym. Decent benefits. They allow some people to telework, but no one knows what the requirements for that are.
Cons
They act like they promote transparency but everything is a secret, including most bonuses. It's a major boys club, even from a man's perspective. Some management is great and some shouldn't be interacting with other human beings in any capacity. Wages are kind of competitive locally but not great. And they advertise that average wages of employees are in the mid to high 80k range which is FALSE. When asked to explain this, they can't. Managers plead the fifth. Work load and overtime expectations are very high. It takes way way longer to get promoted then they tell you when you hire in - I was promoted relatively on track but that is not a company norm at all.
