If you are an established professional, DO NOT consider working for Medrisk. This place was run by awful leadership. Judging by the recent reviews, not much has changed from 2011 to now. Favoritism , lack of decent systems or process still fueling this company. You see bum leaders thrive and good people leave. The years working here were the most stressful of my professional career.

Horrible management here. They have very unrealistic goals for there employees everyday work flow. Considering task can take up to 30 mins. Team leads are rude and don’t really know what they’re talking about and are inconsiderate to everyday life issues. Don’t apply here if you have kids are other responsibilities outside work that may need you. The point system at this place is stupid and so are the hours of you don’t work a full 8 hour shift you get points some of people here are okay to work with but majority don’t actually do their work they gossip all day and talk about other employees
