Pros

They train you for a month You have plenty of resources to ask what to do about certain situations Lots of goals to meet and they are met with rewards Incentives When you clock out you don't have to deal with work

Cons

They throw you in after only one month of training when there are plenty of scenarios that had not been discussed. High expectations for little preparedness. High tensions between departments, clearly there is not good communication between branches (i.e customer service and customer advocacy) Dealing with customers who just want to have their PT to be covered by their insurance, but the Adjusters hardly get back in a timely matter.

Uncaring management

Pros

The pay is “competitive” but doesn’t scale correctly with new positions.

Cons

Management will try to get you for everything you do and your supervisors will care very little for your ideas and any criticism will be seen as you “lashing out” in anger.
