The Senior Market Manager for the CLT market leads by fear and intimidation. Supervisor and General Manager are helpless to take care of the team due to fear and intimidation of upper management. The work environment is toxic and impossible to work and succeed in. The routes are set up for failure due to poor data management. The turnover is cripling the marked due to upper management fostering environment toxicity and favoritism. Upper management has placed demands on the LSR's to drive in serious and life threatening weather conditions or face diciplinary action. Do not bother with this company, The company underpay's and over works the entire team.
