Good Company - Poor Direct Manager

Company culture is positive - Founder still passionate about the business

Cons

I never felt supported by my manager. My manager was a bully who constantly held my job over my head. Absolutely NO room for errors. Some are held accountable for everything while other people in other departments are never held accountable. 401 K benefits are poor - Healthcare is ok but did not have a prescription plan until 2 years ago - before that all script fees went toward the deductible.

Cons

elmhurt office location, need to work for guidance and mentorship, compensation is uninspiring, collaboration (on this small team) is hard to come by as a newer member
