Comparable pay, feedback orientated leadership team, always working/wanting to improve processes
Cons
Can overload employees/management teams' plates at times...this company truly isn't as bad as some of these reviews make it out to be. People who are saying to "run away" or the "COO and Regional management" lack experience was probably an employee who was forced out because they were held accountable because their management team didn't put up with their crap. Show up to work, do quality work, be a people person and this company will take care of you. Period.
