Cons
vans sometimes have no breaks, or ac when its hot, or good tires that don't slide in the rain from gentle braking, or heat when its cold. The pay is not a living wage, "raises" are .30 cents max, down from $1.50 max 3 years ago. You will be micromanaged, you will be disregarded when other drivers steal your things, and once you make "too much" you will be replaced for someone much cheaper.
