In your local area, you get to meet a lot of good people. If you’re a recent college grad it’s a good way to start learning and be a stepping stone job/company for something bigger
Cons
Where to start... Low pay, long hours, lack of development, technology is terrible. Expect to work weekends and holidays. Good luck getting promoted if you aren’t a favorite, even if you’re the best worker.
