None that I can think of.

Cons

Nepotism. Everyone in an upper management position is related to the owner of the company. They call meetings just to hear themselves talk and the only time you see the owner is during these meetings or when he needs to use a random facility to park his care for the weekend.

Freedom and not a lot of micro management

Cons

No real management and the so call manager is never around and gets upset if they forget about what they were suppose to lead you to do

9-10 hour shifts, 8:45 AM to 6:45 PM driving, picking up mail, specimens, etc from the doctor's office to the lab at the hospital. Drive while listening to music, relaxing job. worked for 11 months

Cons

It's a job in the end. work 4-5 hours without any breaks and then get a 1-2 hour break. It's paid. so kind of a good thing. No room to grow.
