Pros

Everyone, from the CEO and owner to the direct team members you work with, truly cares about you and your success. Very supportive available coworkers with great attitudes and work ethics.

Cons

Although pay is fair for the efforts you put into your career, they currently don't offer the most competitive overall package, but are slowly getting better year after year.

I really enjoyed my boss and the company overall working for MedSpeed in Spokane, WA.

Cons

The only reason I left was because some higher ups wanted a different pickup time for specimens and supplies so they gave me a two week notice to decide to graveyard or start a completely different route. I chose the new route for a short while but was really disappointed not to have my original route. Would more than likely still be there if not for this.
