Mistakes start from the top down from the COO to the Regional Manager. It’s from a lack of experience in the industry, leadership, and just knowledge of operations. I’ve never seen a place micro manage so much, culture so poor, and no leadership that trusts one another. This is not a lean operation, this is ran on skimping to the max resulting in poor quality. They pay employees horribly compared to others in the industry which causes turnover and low end employees. Run away trust me, especially younger college grads. They feed off of you not knowing better. The grass is greener elsewhere!

Can't speak to other areas but the Charlotte, N.C. locations is a complete disaster. Management want listen to input and when things go wrong what they were warn about they play the blame game. Came in not knowing anything about the geographical area of NC and SC and completely screwed up routes having drivers going from one end of the state to the other screwing up medical labs and supplies. Management completely suck micro managing and was more concern about what drivers were doing than making sure that jobs were getting done. The turnover is tremendous to the point they have too use outside contractors to do most of the work load not too mention the pay sucks. Horrible place to work because you will be answering to people who know less about what you are suppose to be doing than you. If you are in desperate need of a job then go for it but by all means continue to look cause this place is as uncertain as the lottery.
