Pros

Pay is fairly decent for the area

Cons

Safety for you and patients is a major concern. Patients and family members often need to be searched for paraphernalia. Ratios are high for acuity and most rooms have double beds.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. While we are happy to hear that you were pleased with your compensation, it’s disheartening to hear that you weren't satisfied with all aspects of your employment. We take your concerns about safety seriously and will share them with the most appropriate leaders on our team. Pros

Decent pay for night shift with solid differentials. Work life balance is great, pick your own schedule.

Cons

Feel like a secretary more than a nurse some days. Managers can be overbearing and punitive.
