Pros

Good benefits(health, dental,401b)! They do offer cells phone and computer assistance buying programs and some (but low) tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Do not give employees any compensation based on performance. They do not give raises, except for their idea of a cost of living increase which is way bow what cost of living is for the area. They overwork their employees and management AVP level and most likely higher do not provide support the the staff (clinical or administrative).
