Many cons to this company. Extreme micro-management, they will breathe down your back in order to get things down, you have a quota to reach every day and every week, you are constantly on the phones and they care more about making the number of phone calls a day than the QUALITY. Maryland recently took over and it has been downhill ever since. There has been over 10 people that has left since Jan 2015 if that tells you anything. Wouldn't be surprised if the contract is lost and everyone is out of a job in the near future.
