      Not a real hospital

      Pros

      None that I can think of really. Was my first job out of nursing school and greatful in that sense but not a lot of good guidance or training.

      Cons

      Poorly trained/experienced staff and way understaffed. Lack of educational opportunities for staff. Not a lot of team work and often hostile environment at times.

      Pros

      Worked with other exceptional staff. Every area that I worked with seemed to have a team approach within staff members.

      Cons

      Administration. When there is an area of service that is not working well management does not seem to see it as an opportunity to review current policy's and protocol and make changes accordingly. Instead my manager immediately looked for someone to take the fall, even when no one did anything wrong. Favoritism was rampant. We lost a number of seasoned, experienced staff due to management. Good ole boys network.
