Ummmmmm lets see pros????? Ummm it looks good on your resume. People in the dmv area seem to be impressed when I say I work for them
Cons
"Patients first" is Medstar's tag line. Which is true. They just forgot to add "and employees last!!!!!" They put soooo much on the patients and seeing them (get their money) that they neglect the staff.
