The company is young and growing. There is a large opportunity for personal growth.

Cons

Vacation time is given at the beginning of the year and includes holidays, sick time, and personal time. Any time not taken will be lost and will not carry over to the next year.

We are glad you joined MedVet! The Emergency and Specialty space can be demanding both physically and mentally. This is why it's very important that our team members have access to their PTO from the day they start and are encouraged to take time off through out the year. You also have the option to allocate some of your unused PTO towards your employee pet balance.

Pros

I love the doctors and the people I work with. They are super compassionate and that extends to their employees and co-workers. Very organized like a human hospital.

Cons

They only offer 10 hour shifts, which can be exhausting.

If you find your schedule is challenging, please reach out to your manager to discuss if other options within the department or hospital are available.
