Pros

The employees - docs, techs, assistants, and receptionists - are fun to work with. It’s a family style workplace.

Cons

I don’t know what it’s like since changing to MedVet. But when I was there management knew about the problems and wouldn’t do anything about it. And the manager was the angriest micro-manager. They don’t pay enough.

Complete lack of diversity in leadership, very little room for advancement, HR defends abusers.

Everyone gives 1000% from start of shift to end. It is a pleasure to go to work.

Cons

Communication between departments is a bit chaotic.
