MedVet focuses on cultivating an atmosphere of approachability, positivity and where each caregiver can be their authentic selves. MedVet is an independently owned organization that promotes emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing for all caregivers. Providing the top patient care for all of our patients will always be a top priority for our organization. We provide generous Paid Time Off (PTO) to eligible caregivers. Time away from work helps caregivers to rest and recharge – so that they can be their best at work as well as outside of work. PTO can be used for vacation, holidays and sick leave. We also support team members to chronic illness or injury by discussing options for protected leave of absence as well as offering short-term and MedVet paid long-term disability to eligible caregivers. Our patients and clients count on us every day, every shift, to deliver an exceptional experience. With Teamwork as one of our core values, we count on each other. We feel that timeliness and attendance is an important part of our caregiver’s job.
