Thank you for your review! We are happy to hear that you are having an improved work/life/school balance, are surrounded by a supportive team and have many opportunities for growth. MedVet takes training and onboarding seriously and we continue to invest significant time and resources in order to ensure all new caregivers are trained thoroughly and equipped for success. Although training periods vary depending on each situation, standard training for full time team members is a minimum of 4-6 weeks and can always be extended when needed. Thank you for sharing your voice.

Pros

good doctors, staff and some managers. They would help and teach you for the most part.

Cons

when I needed help with hours nothing was done to help me achieve my full time status until it was to late and still did not have my full time hours and struggled to make ends meet some times. I would reach out to all managers and even the hospital manager and all I was told is maybe in a few weeks things will change. Nothing ever did.
