We continue to analyze job descriptions, role assignment, and fair pay within each geographic region each year. We are continuously making adjustments and improvements to ensure our caregivers are compensated competitively. Every employee has the opportunity to discuss career goals with managers and obtain their help working through a plan that involves both work by the employee as well as resources and support from MedVet. Our Career Framework was developed to give our clinical teams access to opportunities in whichever direction they choose to grow.
