I feel supported as a new hire here and I can't put a price on the way in which my team works together to help me get through my day.

Cons

There can be a tendency to go into over drive to get through the high case demand and sometimes that can contribute to miscommunication between staff, with less emphasis on taking a time out to allow better patient care.

Work life balance is great, the doctors, manager and staff I work directly with are big on it and they all help each other out and don't be little you.

Cons

The computer system is a bit difficult at first but gets easier the more you use it

Great step in career, best way to make the most money in our field, lots of promotions, lots of experience and knowledge

Cons

Toxic environment, stress, mentally draining, rude owners and coworkers, long hours, intense labor, terrible holiday schedule, management is iffy.
