      Pros

      Medvet boasts some of the most amazing, supportive teams I've been a part of. There are many skilled, dedicated, and passionate vet nurses on staff.

      Cons

      Management is ineffective. There is not as much opportunity for advancement and education as they promise.

      Pros

      Great workplace culture (I've worked in corporate for years, this is the first time I truly feel at home with my coworkers, and that my thoughts and feelings matter on my team), excellent benefits, awesome values over money mentality

      None so far that I've noticed!

      Competitive pay, 4-day work week, growth opportunities, scholarships for continuing education, LGBTQIA+ friendly (celebratory!), team-oriented, health and (great) dental benefits, fun environment, validating leadership, compassionate CEO.
