Required to use PTO for holidays you don't work, horrible pay, discounted vet care is still expensive, abusive clients allowed to walk all over you, expected to work overtime regularly (treated horribly if you don't say sometimes). Department management does not solve problems put forward. Does not staff properly. Too many vets, not enough support staff. No room for promotion
