      A lot of the non director level folks are extremely nice and helpful.

      Cons

      If you want to lose your job with zero reasoning or notice. Join the company. Don’t take my word for it. Ask the hundreds of employees that are let go every couple months. Worst part is they’ll get on an all hands and say it’s a part of the reorg they are doing. They had a clause on my offer letter saying they can terminate me at anytime. The recruiter responded and said not to worry about that when asked about it.

      Cons

      Almost all of our engineers who started with the company (high talent) have completely left, and were burnt out by management. If you are someone who takes ownership of projects, expect you and ONLY you to be someone accountable for the success of the project you are placed in by "wearing many hats". Many others who lack ownership in various positions are not held accountable for their job/duties. There's a major disconnection between Senior Management , Product & Customer Success. They live on different planets, and major issues need to be addressed with product features sold. Unrealistic project deadlines. The company is in a hyper-growth stage, and the majority of new employees are based on the other side of the planet, they are an awesome addition to the company but be prepared to hold meetings at midnight in order for schedules to meet.
