Pros

Medable is fully remote, competitive salary and benefits.

Cons

- Five layoffs in two years. - CEO and CTO are married, and have no idea how to run a successful company. Monthly all hands meetings are a joke, where we are told that everything is fine, and the 5th layoff is the path to profitability. - Friends of CEO are never in danger of being laid off, and are consistently given a pass while employees who are really making an impact are on the unemployment line. - Executive team know that the CEO (Michelle) is the problem, but will never speak up.

Amazing teams, ability to collaborate and grow your career

Cons

Most of upper management is made up of longtime friends and former colleagues. It very much had a high school mentality where if you weren't part of the cool club, you weren't in the know.
