      Remote position and colleagues are nice to work with

      Upper management doesn't know what they are doing and numerous employees just got hired as friends or relatives but don't have industry experience.

      Pros

      Great benefits and opportunity to make own decisions. Work from home.

      Cons

      Too many chefs and not enough cooks. Leadership makes all these decisions but has no one to actually implement or manage. Pretty much a "buddy club" for leadership. Over committed on goals and laid off a lot of ppl.

      Although it is not bad, the culture has definitely changed over the last couple of years. With an extreme increase in new employees, we've lost a lot of the supportive culture that truly made Medable what it once was. Still great in its mission, just different. Remote WFH Great co-workers A place to grow your career and ramp up skills Management tries to improve issues Hot industry, plenty of funding

      Cons

      A lot of great talent has left. Many of the individuals who actually solve issues/blockers are overlooked, yet overworked and eventually get burnt out and leave. Poor work/life balance. Same employees are constantly recognized/promoted, with many great ones left out. Office politics at times with the cool kids.
