      Pros

      Learning so much. Pay is great. Experience is amazing. Opportunity to own decisions, drive meaningful work and be in the middle of all of the crazy that a growing company sees. We have a lot to tighten up, which is expected with our growth and we will get there.

      Cons

      Recently re-orged which was beneficial, but a few pockets within the organization still have some roles and responsibility definition to do. This creates a bit f churn.

      Pros

      I've worked for companies big and small, from Fortune 100 to bootstrap startups. Medable is in the sweet spot. Big enough to have resources, great customers, benefits, and amazing colleagues. But small enough where an individual can make a big difference. And it's simply amazing to know that your efforts may literally save lives.

      Cons

      Medable is the kind of place where you need an entrepreneurial spirit. Things move fast and change quickly. My main complaint is that the industry sometimes seems full Luddites. It can be incredibly frustrating. But on the flip side, that is exactly why the industry needs Medable.
