They seem to waste tons of money, which is great for the above market offers!

Cons

The leadership does not know how to run a company, especially the CEO, who you could compare to Theranos' CEO. Just like her, she has her husband, who has no clue what he is doing as CTO.

Almost no business knowledge in the D, VP, and C levels. Cronies promoted 3-4x their level of expertise.

-CEO investment & engagement -Awesome Team -Remote and flexible work In general the attitude at Medable is healthy, mature, and autonomous. I feel respected by my co-workers and leaders. Leadership is transparent about working through company issues and cares about employee happiness and engagement. Despite any missteps, the company leadership doesn't give up on improvement and ultimately wants to achieve their mission. The work-life balance here is fantastic. I feel that this job is one of the few I haven't experienced burnout. The improvements made in the tech and company structure over the past few years are encouraging and exciting.

-Limited growth opportunity -Hard to bond with team due to remote workforce
