Pros

Everyone I have interacted with is incredibly kind and has a good attitude. I also have the best work - life balance I've ever experienced in a tech company. I definitely hope to stay at this company for as long as they'll have me!

Cons

Every startup will have some leadership turnover, but Medallion's leadership handles it with true transparency. Business goals shift fairly rapidly sometimes, but I feel like the communication of these shifts is clear and timely.

- People are chill - No "lack of scope" issues; there's always work available, probably due to the nature of the company being a startup - It's very rare for on-call to ping you outside of working hours due to the nature of the product - Truly remote with no chance of returning to office (I hear a lot of people see this as a ++++perk?)

Cons

- No "lack of scope" issues; there's always work available, probably due to the nature of the company being a startup - Truly remote with no chance of returning to office (sometimes I get lonely :( ) - I feel like maybe my review is too positive, it's not like the perfect job because that is a high high bar but it's decent enough and I'm enjoying it! - I feel like my coworkers will know who wrote this don't look at me

Supportive, collaborative, and positive work environment. Colleagues are friendly and super helpful. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand. Opportunities for learning and growth in the organization. While being a fully remote company, there are also often opportunities to meet your team through co-working and annual/bi-annual company and team offsites.

Cons

Not many cons - work and projects are pretty fast-paced which may not suit everyone
