Favorite company I've ever been at! Great product, amazing people, strong leadership!
Pros
-Mission driven company/- everyone is very passionate about the mission and product. Super cool seeing the difference we are making in healthcare. -Culture-Everyone is smart, hard working but also really positive. It is a great environment to work in! I learn from my coworkers and have great mentorship around me. The EPD org has such a fun environment! Recently had an Offsite/hackathon in San Fran which was a blast. -Leadership- Derek is a really great CEO, maybe my favorite I've ever worked for, I appreciate how he is always very transparent with us. -Responds to Feedback-I really appreciate that the company is always listening to our feedback. We asked for more opportunities to work in person and they implemented optional WeWorks in major cities. We asked for more holidays, they added more holidays! Overall I'm extremely happy at Medallion and am very excited to be a long on this journey! This company is going to be huge!

-Really none at this time. If I had to pick something it would be no 401k matching but they have told us this is something they are working on for the future.
