Product-focused culture with great technical team to learn from

Pros

The company is very strongly driven by its product focus and has built out a suite of features that are very useful for its customers (largely organizations that provide patient care). The team is full of intelligent, kind, and focused individuals, across all departments. Many of the newer efforts around automation have led to technically challenging work in ML, process modelling, and technical infrastructure. The remote culture also allows for, in my opinion, nice work-life balance.

Cons

Given that it's still a startup, we deal with our healthy dose of bugs and incidents.
